The finger-painting happened at 10:14am. You saw it at 10:15.

Every crèche using this system gives you real presence in your child’s day — not a summary at pickup, the actual moment.

The thing every working parent knows

You drop them off, and then there’s a gap. A whole day happens without you in it — the first time they shared without being asked, the moment they fell asleep mid-sentence, the tiny disagreement over a toy that got sorted out before you’d even find out it happened. You get a version of it at pickup, if you’re lucky and someone remembers.

What changes

Check in whenever you like, and it’s already there — not a recap staff have to remember to give you at 5:30 when they’re also handing three other children back to three other parents. Photos, notes, milestones, the ordinary and the memorable, logged as they happen. No notifications to manage — you open it when you want to, not when it pings you.

Family isn’t one login

A grandparent who does Tuesday pickup. A parent traveling for work who still wants to see today’s photos. A co-parent who isn’t in the building but is absolutely still raising this child. We don’t force your family into one account — everyone who’s actually part of this child’s life can be part of their day.

Who can be part of it

  • Parent / guardian
  • Emergency contact
  • Authorized pickup
  • Grandparent / family member

Not every family member needs the same access — a pickup-only contact isn’t the same as a parent with full visibility.

Something worth keeping

Every observation, every small milestone your child’s key worker notices — tagged, dated, organized — becomes something real over time. Not a form filled out for compliance. A record of who your child was becoming, month by month, that you can look back on years from now.

Real safety, not just an app

Behind all of this is a system built specifically around Irish childcare regulation — ratios recalculated on every check-in and check-out, not a schedule checked once and forgotten, incident reporting done properly, medication given only with your explicit consent on file. You’re not just getting updates. You’re getting a crèche with real infrastructure behind its care, not a spreadsheet held together with good intentions.
