Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Bloomffy, a crèche management system for childcare providers in Ireland. By creating an account or using Bloomffy, your crèche (“you”, “the customer”) agrees to them. Bloomffy is currently in early access — some of what’s below reflects that stage honestly, rather than describing a mature, self-serve product we don’t yet operate.

The service

Bloomffy provides staff daily-logging, parent visibility, and Tusla-oriented compliance tooling, as described on our product page. We aim to keep that page accurate to what’s actually built; where a feature is planned rather than shipped, we say so rather than imply otherwise.

Accounts and eligibility

Bloomffy is built for licensed or registered childcare providers in Ireland. Your crèche is responsible for the accuracy of data entered by its staff, for managing who has access (staff, parent, and admin accounts), and for deactivating access when a staff member or device is no longer in use.

Fees and billing

Current pricing is published on our product page: €79.99/month for the first 15 children, €1.99 per additional child, no cap; yearly billing is 10 months’ cost for 12. Because Bloomffy is in early access, billing isn’t yet a self-serve automated flow — pricing, start date, and cancellation are agreed directly with you when you sign up. Neither side is bound to a fixed minimum term unless we agree one with you in writing.

Your data

Data you and your staff enter into Bloomffy belongs to your crèche. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service. If you stop using Bloomffy, we will work with you on exporting or deleting your data on request.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Bloomffy to store data you’re not authorized to hold, attempt to access another crèche’s data, or interfere with the service’s normal operation. Access is scoped per crèche and per role (staff device, parent, admin) — attempting to bypass that scoping is a breach of these terms.

Availability

Bloomffy is in early access. We work to keep the service reliable, but we don’t currently offer a formal uptime service-level agreement — if that matters for your crèche, ask us directly before signing up.

Liability

Bloomffy is a tool to support your crèche’s own record-keeping and compliance processes — it doesn’t replace your crèche’s own judgment or its legal responsibility for regulatory compliance. To the extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and its billing move out of early access. We’ll tell you directly before any material change takes effect for your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
